The hotel was small but well appointed, ideal for a short notice stay. The rooms, though small, were comfortable, with en suite facilities. It might have felt cramped if spending a lot of time inside. The service was efficient, with good housekeeping and laundry. The location was perfect for us, right in the city center with a spotless room, convenient parking, and a nice touch of having a fridge. The dining was satisfactory with mainly continental options but could use more variety and considering the recent drop in VAT, the value for money could be better. The facilities were decent overall.
The hotel is perfectly located near the Harrogate Convention Centre, making it very convenient for my stay. The rooms were lovely, clean, and had all the necessary facilities, providing a comfortable atmosphere. Despite the brief welcome, the location was ideal for exploring the town center and accessing the train station easily. The dining experience exceeded my expectations with a variety of delicious options. Overall, a great value for money choice for a stay in Harrogate.
The hotel is perfectly located for the convention center, just across the road. The rooms were nice and clean, although the communal areas were slightly shabby. It's in a good spot near the town center and had everything necessary for a business overnight stay.
